1) **Officially Registering the Case**

After family guidance fails, the case is registered in the competent court. Basic documents such as ID and marriage contract must be submitted. The court sets a first session to consider the case. Registration marks the beginning of the official litigation phase. The court begins studying the file immediately.

2) **Attending Sessions and Submitting Memos**

The judge listens to both parties in the first session. He may request defense memos or additional evidence. Sessions continue depending on the complexity of the case. Both parties are allowed to respond to each other. This stage is the most important in building the judgment.

3) **Presenting Evidence and Witnesses**

Messages, medical reports, police reports, or testimonies can be submitted. The court verifies the authenticity of the evidence. It may summon witnesses to hear them. The stronger the evidence, the faster the judgment. Unreliable evidence is rejected.

4) **Issuing the Preliminary Judgment**

After studying the file, the judge issues his ruling. It may include divorce, alimony, custody, and visitation. The preliminary judgment is subject to appeal. The court explains the reasons for the ruling in detail. Implementation of the ruling begins upon its issuance.

5) **Appeal Stage**

The affected party can appeal the ruling within the legal period. The Court of Appeal reviews the evidence again. It may uphold, amend, or cancel the ruling. This stage is a guarantee of justice. The ruling becomes final after the appeal is concluded.

6) **Registering the Final Judgment**

After the ruling becomes final, it must be officially registered. The effects, such as alimony and custody, begin to be implemented. Both parties can also request official copies of the ruling. Registration is a necessary step to legally prove the divorce.
