• The applicant is obligated to provide correct and accurate information, and the company has the right to exclude any request proven to contain incorrect or misleading information.
• By using this form, the applicant acknowledges the accuracy of all provided data and documents, and agrees to their exclusive use for the purposes of reviewing the funding request and communicating about it.
